Scope
This policy covers facilitator-led programmes (Pulse Starter, Flow Quarter, Anchor Days, Custom Rhythm). Discovery calls are free of charge.
Cancellation by client
- More than 14 days before start: full refund of prepaid fees minus reasonable admin costs if stated in your agreement.
- 7–14 days before start: 50% credit toward a rescheduled programme within 6 months.
- Less than 7 days: sessions already delivered are charged; remaining blocks may be credited at our discretion.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule per booking block if requested at least 48 hours before the affected session, subject to facilitator availability.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel due to facilitator illness or technical failure, we offer replacement sessions or proportional refund.
How to request
Email reach@enerdetoxcleansi.world with your organisation name, booking reference, and reason. We respond within 5 UK business days.
Consumer and business clients
Our services are primarily sold to organisations. Where the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply to your booking, your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. Business-to-business terms may also be set out in your signed agreement.
